Ngobi Ndiko Advocates is a law firm that was registered with the Registrar General’s Department on 11th day of December 2000. The firm was opened on the 1st day of February 2001.

Our Professional fees are governed by the Advocates (Remuneration and Taxation of costs) (Amendment) Rules, 1996. But we also do negotiate with the client with regard to the fees. However the client is also required to pay incidental expenses that are incurred by the law firm while carrying out the instructions. These incidental expenses include, search fees, filing fees, telephone and telefax expenses, copying, courier expenses and miscellaneous expenses. Our fees are due and payable upon receipt of our invoice.
